Pet Policy

All pets must be full-grown. We do not allow aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, and Akitas.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet, plus a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We love animals, but kindly ask that you follow our policy of a maximum of two pets per household.
